We are currently recruiting for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Sunderland.
The successful candidate will support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to engage with learning, develop confidence and make progress both academically and socially.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working with children or young people
- Have experience supporting pupils with SEN, ideally within a school setting
- Be patient, compassionate and adaptable
- Have strong behaviour management skills
- Be able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
