Your role
- Providing consistent 1:1 classroom support
- Helping the pupil stay engaged with learning
- Using positive behaviour strategies
- Supporting emotional regulation and confidence
- Working closely with teachers, parents and SEND professionals
- Celebrating every success, big or small
