The Role:

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents

Support pupils’ academic and personal development in line with school values

Contribute to the wider school community and take part in extracurricular activities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

Recent teaching experience within a primary setting

Strong behaviour management and organisational skills

A nurturing, child-centred approach to teaching

A commitment to inclusive education and continuous improvement
