  • A graduate or experienced individual with a strong desire to support children in their learning

  • Patient, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff

  • Flexible and confident working independently or as part of a team

  • Positive approach to classroom behaviour and engagement

  • Excellent communication skills and a keen interest in developing professionally within education

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils, including those with additional learning needs

  • Helping to deliver a broad and engaging curriculum

  • Supporting social, emotional, and academic development

  • Contributing to assessments and pupil progress tracking

  • Assisting with classroom management and daily routines

Desirable but not essential:

  • A degree in any subject
