We’re looking for a SEND Teacher for a School in North Leeds who understands that progress isn’t always loud, sometimes it’s a glance, a word, a small step forward that no one else notices… but you do 💙
You’ll be working in specialist and alternative settings, supporting pupils who need consistency, structure, and someone who genuinely gets it.

• Shaping learning around each pupil, not forcing them into a one-size-fits-all approach
• Building trust with children who’ve learned not to give it easily
• Working closely with TAs, SENCOs, and therapists as part of a proper team
• Supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, PMLD, and complex needs
