Position: Primary School Support Worker
Location: Bristol

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support to children with various SEN, helping them engage with the curriculum.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of  Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCP’s)
  • Offer emotional and behavioural support to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with class teachers, SEN coordinators, and other staff to ensure that each child receives the support they need.
  • Encourage independence and confidence in students, helping them achieve their full potential.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to supporting children with diverse needs.
  • Experience working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting (but not essential).
  • A positive attitude and a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with children and staff alike.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
