The Role:

Overseeing daily operations within the pre-school room, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment

Leading a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and inspiration

Developing creative, play-based learning programmes that spark curiosity and promote development

Building strong relationships with parents

Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards

Supporting the professional growth of your team
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in early childhood education or childcare (2+ years preferred)

A passion for working with young children.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare (preferred, but not essential)
