Love sport? Great with young people? This could be the perfect role for you.

You don't need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to make a real difference.

We're looking for confident, enthusiastic individuals with a sports background and experience working with children with SEND to join a welcoming Bristol school. Whether you've coached, worked in alternative provisions, supported children with additional needs or delivered sports sessions, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your passion for sport with a rewarding career in education.

Your role will include:

  • Delivering engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 2 to 4
  • Providing PPA cover across the school
  • Supporting the development of an inclusive PE curriculum
  • Adapting activities to ensure every pupil can take part and achieve success
  • Working closely with teaching assistants and school leaders to support pupils with SEND
  • Promoting confidence, teamwork, resilience and positive wellbeing through physical activity

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A background in sport, coaching, fitness or physical activity
  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, including Autism, ADHD or SEMH
  • Strong behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Confidence leading groups and delivering engaging activities
  • A flexible, proactive and positive attitude

Qualified Teacher Status is not essential. If you've got the right experience, personality and passion, we want to hear from you.
