We’re looking for a compassionate, steady SEN TA to support a pupil 1:1 in a BS3 primary school. The focus here is building trust, creating routine, and helping that child feel safe and understood.
What your day might look like:
- Supporting a pupil through lessons and transitions
- Helping manage emotions and behaviour calmly
- Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher
- Celebrating small wins that make a big difference
You’ll need:
- Patience, empathy, and resilience
- Some experience with SEND, or a genuine desire to learn
- A calm, consistent approach

You’ll be the person that pupil relies on. The one who helps them access learning and feel part of the classroom.
