Pay: £89 to £110 per day

This role is ideal for someone who sees potential where others see challenge.

Your day might include:
• 1:1 mentoring, check-ins and emotional coaching
• Supporting pupils through conflict and crisis moments
• Delivering short, engaging sessions tailored to their interests
• Working with therapeutic staff to support wellbeing
• Helping pupils take ownership of their progress
You’ll be a great match if you:
• Have youth work, coaching, SEMH or outreach experience
• Don’t get thrown off by challenging behaviour
• Can stay calm, firm and kind at the same time
• Understand the importance of safety, boundaries and dignity
This is powerful work, and the right person makes all the difference.
