The Role
You will play a vital role in supporting pupils to engage positively with learning and everyday life. You’ll help develop emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience, working flexibly across settings to maintain a structured, aspirational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEND and SEMH needs in and beyond the classroom
- Promote wellbeing, positive behaviour, and emotional regulation
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies
