We’re recruiting for a specialist SEN school looking for a strong, compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for pupils who need extra consistency and encouragement in school.
You’ll be supporting students with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs, helping them feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
What you’ll be doing:
• Delivering tailored support linked to EHCP outcomes
• Helping students re-engage with education
• Supporting emotional wellbeing and behaviour
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
