Protocol Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Slough.
About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties.
- Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and social development.
- Help create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.
- A patient, caring, and empathetic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for supporting children with additional learning needs.
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential.
