Are you looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same? We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of mainstream primary schools, supporting pupils both in the classroom and through targeted interventions.

We have flexible daily supply roles for those seeking variety, as well as long-term placements for candidates looking to build strong relationships within a school community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
  • Work on a 1:1 basis and with small groups of pupils.
  • Assist children with SEN including Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language needs and learning difficulties.
  • Support pupils with SEMH needs, helping them develop positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies.
  • Encourage engagement, participation and independence in learning.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and wider school staff.
  • Help create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational, childcare or support setting.
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH is desirable.
  • Calm, patient and resilient approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential.
