💡 What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same, but here’s a flavour of what to expect:
- Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupils who need a little extra guidance
- Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups
- Helping pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Bringing energy and creativity into classroom activities
- Playing a real part in creating a safe, supportive space where children can thrive

👀 Who we’re looking for
You don’t need years of experience, just the right mindset:
- A Psychology graduate (or similar field)
- Naturally patient, calm, and empathetic
- Curious about how children learn and develop
- Keen to gain real-world school experience
- Any experience with children is a bonus, but not essential
