We’re working with a welcoming SEN setting in West Leeds that supports pupils from primary through to secondary age. The school is looking for caring, patient individuals to join their team as Teaching Assistants, with both full-time roles and flexible working options available.

What you’ll be doing:

🧩 Supporting pupils with special educational needs in the classroom
📚 Working with students across primary and secondary age groups
🤝 Helping create a safe, calm, and structured learning environment
🎯 Supporting learning, routines, and social development
💬 Working closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual needs

What we’re looking for:

✔️ A genuine interest in supporting children and young people with SEN
✔️ Patience, empathy, and a calm approach
✔️ Experience working with young people is helpful, but not essential
✔️ Graduates considering careers in education, psychology, or youth work are encouraged to apply
✔️ A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn
