Why Graduates Are Perfect for This Role:
Whether you’ve studied psychology, education, social care, or something else entirely, your skills, empathy, and enthusiasm can make a real difference here. This is an ideal opportunity for graduates who want to work closely with pupils who need consistency, patience, and personalised support to thrive in school and beyond.

Here’s why your background makes you an ideal fit:

  • Adaptable Communication: Your ability to connect and communicate clearly will help pupils build trust and confidence.

  • Empathy and Patience: Working with young people who have complex needs takes warmth, understanding, and a calm, steady presence.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You’ll help students navigate challenges in a way that builds resilience and self-belief, supporting both learning and life skills.

  • Positive Relationships: You’ll form real connections, helping children develop socially and emotionally, as well as academically.

What We Offer:

  • Immediate start opportunities available

  • Term-time only—giving you that ideal work-life balance

  • Pathways for permanent work and professional growth

  • Free CPD training, including specialist SEND learning

  • A friendly, experienced team who will support you from day one

Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties

  • Assisting with personal care and supporting pupils with sensory or physical needs

  • Working alongside teachers, therapists, and families to ensure every pupil’s progress is celebrated

  • Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment tailored to individual needs

If you’re ready to help young people achieve more than they ever thought possible—and grow your own skills while doing it—we’d love to hear from you.
