Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
- Support students of all abilities to develop confidence and a passion for science.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and wider school staff.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- A passion for inspiring and motivating students to succeed.
