We’re looking for grads who are:

Already living locally (and ready to start once compliance checks are done)

Adaptable, curious, and genuinely care about helping young people thrive

Bonus points if you have experience or interest in:
✔️ Youth work (paid or voluntary)
✔️ Drama, sport or psychology backgrounds
✔️ SEND or SEMH (even a little goes a long way!)
✔️ Residential care or mentoring
✔️ 1:1 tutoring in English, Maths, or Science
✔️ Team Teach or any de-escalation training (or open to getting trained with us!)
