Job Title: Qualified Biology Teacher

Salary:

£33,075 - £45,037 per annum

Job Duties:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Biology lessons for students
• Assess and evaluate student progress to provide constructive feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Participate in school meetings and professional development activities

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Degree in Biology or a related field
• Experience teaching Biology at the secondary level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

Degree in Biology or a related field

Experience:

Teaching Biology at the secondary level

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Biology
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Effective classroom management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Experience implementing innovative teaching methods
