We’re partnering with a nursery in BA1 that are looking for a passionate and fully qualified Nursery Teacher to join their team - starting next week. These settings pride themselves on delivering high-quality early years education, where children feel safe, supported and inspired to explore the world around them.

This role is ideal for an experienced early years professional who is confident leading learning in line with the EYFS, nurturing strong relationships with children and families, and creating a stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

The Role:

  • Leading high-quality learning and development for children aged 0–5

  • Planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS

  • Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

  • Observing, assessing and tracking children’s progress

  • Supporting and guiding nursery practitioners and support staff

  • Building strong relationships with parents and carers

  • Ensuring safeguarding procedures and welfare requirements are always met

About You:

  • Fully qualified Nursery Teacher (Or Level 2/Level 3 Early Years, EYTS)

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

  • Passionate about early childhood development and education

  • Warm, patient and enthusiastic approach to teaching and care

  • Confident leading a room and supporting team development

  • Excellent communication skills with children, families and colleagues
