Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various year groups.
- Follow school planning and ensure continuity of learning.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Assess pupil engagement and provide feedback where required.
- Support the academic and personal development of all pupils.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within UK primary schools is desirable.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different classes and subjects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
- Right to work in the UK.
