We’re looking for a kind, patient, and proactive TA to join a brilliant Year 1/2 team in a South Bristol primary school. You’ll be supporting a range of additional needs, including Autism, Behavioural and Social & Emotional Difficulties. It is a class with some big charcaters so someone with strong behaviour management is important.
What your day might look like:
🧠 Helping children with speech and language challenges communicate their needs
🤝 Building trust with pupils who find social interactions tricky
💛 Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to provide consistent, compassionate support
We’re after someone who:

Has experience in SEND (or both!)

Brings patience, energy, and emotional intelligence

Understands how early support can shape a child’s whole school journey
