Calling All Childhood Studies Graduates – Start Your Education Career This September
Work in schools across Tyne and Wear
Are you a passionate Childhood Studies graduate ready to make a difference in children’s lives? Protocol Education is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated graduates to join our team as Learning Support Assistants and SEND Support Assistants in schools across Newcastle from September.
We have a variety of opportunities available to suit your goals, including:
Long-term roles – supporting specific pupils with SEND needs throughout the academic year, working closely with teaching staff to provide targeted interventions and develop pupil confidence.
Day-to-day supply work – ideal if you are looking to gain broad experience across different schools, age groups, and settings before committing to a long-term post.
1:1 and small group support – providing literacy, numeracy, and social skills interventions to pupils who need additional help to thrive.
Classroom-based support – assisting teachers in creating inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments for all children.
Whether your passion lies in Early Years, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, or supporting children with additional needs (such as Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or SEMH needs), we will match you to a role that builds your confidence, skills, and future career prospects.
