The Role
As a Psychology Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND

Support emotional regulation, behaviour, and social development

Assist teachers and SENCOs with tailored learning strategies

Help deliver structured interventions and learning activities

Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
