The role
You’ll be responsible for a Year 3 class, delivering engaging lessons and creating a calm, positive learning environment where children can thrive.
The role includes:
- Planning and delivering lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Supporting pupils’ progress in reading, writing and maths
- Creating an inclusive classroom environment
- Monitoring progress and adapting teaching where needed
- Working closely with colleagues, support staff and parents
- Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence and curiosity

We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 3
- Builds positive relationships quickly
- Delivers engaging and organised lessons
- Has strong classroom management and communication skills
- Wants to make a positive impact in the classroom
