🧒 About the Role:
In this rewarding position, you’ll support children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 who may have:

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
-
ADHD
-
Communication and language needs
-
Social, emotional, or behavioural challenges
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Providing 1:1 and small group support
-
Assisting with learning, play, and personal development
-
Helping to implement strategies to support emotional regulation and engagement
-
Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure consistent, positive progress
👤 Who We’re Looking For:

Patient, caring, and enthusiastic individuals
-
Experience working with children or young people (education, care, or support settings)
-
Adaptability and strong communication skills
-
Any relevant SEN training (PECS, Makaton, Team Teach) is welcome but not essential—we offer free training
