What you’ll be doing:

Leading pre-planned lessons in your specialist (or favourite) subject

Keeping students engaged and learning in a safe, positive environment

Building relationships with staff and pupils that make every day rewarding

Managing the classroom with calm confidence (we’ve got tips if you’re new!)

A degree or strong subject knowledge in a curriculum area

Confidence speaking to groups and managing behaviour
