Supply Teachers – Secondary (Bath/NE Somerset)
Location: Across Bsth/NE Somerset
Contract: Zero Hours, Casual
Working Hours: Variable between 8.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: January 2026
About the Role
We’re looking for high-quality Supply Teachers to support secondary schools across the Bath/NE Somerset area. Whether you’re an experienced teacher, an Early Career Teacher, or someone with strong, relevant experience looking to step into unqualified supply work, we’d love to hear from you.
Schools across the county rely on flexible, confident educators who can step into the classroom, build rapport quickly, and deliver engaging lessons that keep learning on track. If you enjoy variety and want a role where every day feels different, supply could be a great fit.
Who We’re Looking For
We’d be keen to chat if you:

Hold QTS or are an ECT

OR have strong, relevant experience working with young people or within education and feel confident supporting learning

Can deliver engaging lessons that motivate and support students

Are flexible and happy to work on a casual, day-to-day basis

Bring positivity, professionalism, and a calm approach to busy school days

Enjoy working with secondary-aged pupils and supporting their development
