What you’ll be doing
- Supporting pupils in class, from group work to 1:1 support
- Helping the teacher keep lessons running smoothly (and calmly!)
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Being that steady, reassuring presence pupils rely on
You’re the glue that holds it all together, and schools know it.
What we’re looking for
- Experience working with children, in schools or similar settings
- A patient, adaptable approach (every day’s a little different)
- Confidence to get stuck in and support where needed
- A genuine passion for helping young learners thrive
