About the Role
- Supporting pupils in the classroom to help them achieve their learning goals
- Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
- Providing 1:1 and small group interventions where required
- Supporting children with additional learning, SEN, or behavioural needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
- Assisting with classroom organisation and preparation of learning resources
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
