Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pastoral support to students across the school.

  • Support attendance, behaviour, and safeguarding initiatives.
  • Work with families and external agencies to support student needs.
  • Assist in resolving student concerns and barriers to learning.
  • Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and personal development.
  • Monitor student welfare and maintain accurate records.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
