Location: Small village school, North Somerset
Hours: Full-time, term-time only
Start date: September 2025

We are a friendly, close-knit primary school set in the heart of a welcoming North Somerset village, looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team from September.
In this role, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with Special Educational Needs

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to adapt learning to individual needs

Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Celebrate every step of progress, however small, with genuine enthusiasm
We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting children with additional needs (desirable but not essential)

Brings patience, creativity, and a warm sense of humour to their work

Is a team player who values strong relationships with colleagues, children, and families
