✨ What you’ll be doing:
You’ll play a key role in creating a nurturing, inspiring environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Support the delivery of engaging, high-quality learning experiences
- Work closely with experienced Early Years teachers and practitioners
- Create a warm, stimulating space where every child can thrive
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers
- Contribute to planning, observations, and assessments
- Celebrate each child’s individual journey and development
