What you will be doing:
- Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support early development.
- Working closely with individual SEND children or small groups, offering targeted support.
- Using your understanding of psychology to create a positive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued.
- Helping children develop their communication, social, and fine motor skills through creative play and hands-on activities.
- Creating a safe, encouraging space where every child feels valued and included.
About you:
- Recent sociology graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a passion for working with young children.
- Patient, empathetic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
- Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children.
- Willing to get stuck in, learn on the job, and bring energy to every day.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
