At Protocol Education, we’re looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable individuals to support pupils in primary schools across Bristol - specifically, we're recruiting for BS15.
Whether you’ve worked in childcare, coaching, youth work, care, or you’re simply brilliant with children and ready for something new, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
-
Supporting pupils in class alongside the teacher
-
Working one-to-one with children who need extra encouragement
-
Helping to create a calm, positive learning environment
-
Supporting play, creativity and confidence-building
What we’re looking for:
-
A natural rapport with children
-
Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
-
Reliability and willingness to learn
-
Experience with children is great, but not essential
Why join Protocol Education?
-
Flexible work to fit around you
- Weekly pay (£14.30 - £15), via PAYE
-
Opportunities in a variety of local primary schools
-
Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
-
Access to free training and development, including Thrive training
-
A foot in the door for a future career in education
What We Need to Get You Started:
-
Right to Work in the UK, for example Passport or Sharecode
-
Two proofs of address, such as a driving licence, utility bill, or council tax letter
-
CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained
-
Two years of references, including childcare or youth work where relevant
-
OSPC if you’ve lived overseas for three months or more in the last five years
