Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualised support aligned with EHCP targets
- Support students with autism, communication needs, and SEMH
- Adapt activities and resources to suit different learning needs
- Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams

Requirements:
- Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent experience
