The Role:
You’ll be stepping into classrooms to keep learning on track when teachers are absent. That means creating a positive learning environment and ensuring students stay focused and supported.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising lessons using work set by the teacher

Encouraging students to complete tasks to the best of their ability

Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a calm, focused environment

Supporting pupils and helping de-escalate situations when needed

Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

Collecting completed work and returning it to the appropriate teacher

Reporting any safeguarding concerns through the school’s procedures
About You:
You might already have experience working with young people, or you may simply have the drive and enthusiasm to support them.
