Protocol Education are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Chelmsford who are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a long‑term supply role starting in September, covering maternity leave. This role offers consistency, full teaching responsibility and the opportunity to become an integral part of a supportive school team.
The Role:
- Full classroom teaching responsibilities for the duration of the maternity cover
- Planning, delivering and assessing lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Supporting pupils of varying abilities within an inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff and senior leaders
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have recent experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Be confident with classroom management and routines
- Be inclusive, nurturing and committed to pupil progress
