Protocol Education is looking for flexible SEND Teaching Assistants to support a child on a 1:1 basis in a primary school in Pill.
We’re looking for calm, patient, and reliable people who are confident supporting children with SEND and SEMH needs. The role involves helping a pupil throughout the school day with learning, routines, emotional regulation, and behaviour support.
Experience working in schools is preferred, and confidence supporting additional needs is essential.
The role:
- 1:1 support within a primary school
- Supporting SEND and SEMH needs
- Helping the child stay engaged with learning
- Supporting routines and emotional regulation
- Working closely with teachers and SEND staff

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has SEND or SEMH experience
- Is nurturing, calm, and resilient
- Builds positive relationships with children
- Is reliable and adaptable
- Has school-based experience, preferred
