We’re looking for confident, caring graduates to step into Cover Supervisor roles in secondary schools across South Gloucestershire, places like Yate, Thornbury and Chipping Sodbury. No teaching qualification needed. Just energy, initiative, and the ability to hold a classroom's attention.
What’s a Cover Supervisor?

- Getting a real feel for school life from the front of the room
Why it’s great for grads:
- Ideal if you’re considering a PGCE or career in education
- Flexible bookings: part-time, full-time, ad-hoc
- Local schools with supportive staff
- Get paid to build your experience
What you’ll need:
- A degree in any subject
- Strong communication and people skills
- The ability to stay cool under pressure and handle the unexpected
- Previous experience with young people (paid or voluntary) is a bonus
What we offer:
- Weekly pay
- FREE online CPD
- 1:1 support from a consultant who’s got your back
- Opportunities in mainstream and SEND schools
