Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Subject-Specific Teaching Assistants to support pupils within primary schools across Greenwich and Lewisham.

Your Role

🎯 Deliver targeted interventions and booster sessions

🎯 Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

🎯 Reinforce classroom learning across your specialist subject

🎯 Work closely with teachers to raise attainment and engagement

🎯 Adapt learning activities to meet individual pupil needs

🎯 Encourage confidence, curiosity, and independent learning

🎯 Support pupils across KS1 and KS2

✅ Is confident supporting learning and academic progress
