Protocol Education are recruiting confident and passionate Drama Students and Graduates to support secondary schools near you across South Bristol and North Somerset. Your work will be fully flexible, as you choose when and where you work. You’ll step into the classroom either as support staff or supply, contributing to lessons and ensuring students stay motivated, supported, and on track with their learning. • Confidently delivering pre-planned English lessons, creating a culture of motivation and positivity
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies, with both consistency and warmth
• Supporting students with professionalism, encouragement, and patience
• Collecting and organising completed work for the use of the classroom teacher
• Reporting back on learning progress and behaviour for the use of the classroom teacher
