Your work will be fully flexible, as you choose when and where you work. • Confidently delivering pre-planned English lessons, creating a culture of motivation and positivity
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies, with both consistency and warmth
• Supporting students with professionalism, encouragement, and patience
• Collecting and organising completed work for the use of the classroom teacher
• Reporting back on learning progress and behaviour for the use of the classroom teacher
