Protocol Education is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistants to work in welcoming and inclusive schools across Roehampton. The Role:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs.
- Support children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties.
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies.
- Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and independence.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Support pupils both inside and outside the classroom.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN setting.
- Is patient, caring, and resilient.
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Can adapt support strategies to meet individual pupil needs.
- Holds a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
