Protocol Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs across a range of welcoming primary schools in the Rotherham and Doncaster areas.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are committed to helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential within a nurturing school environment.
The Role:
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Help implement personalised learning and behaviour support strategies
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support
- Promote engagement, independence, and positive learning outcomes
- Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
We Are Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEN, either in schools or other relevant settings
- Knowledge of Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language needs, or other additional needs is advantageous
- A patient, resilient, and caring approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed
