1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – KS2 – Colchester
Are you a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real difference? We are currently seeking a committed 1:1 LSA to support a KS2 pupil in a welcoming primary school in Colchester.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 support to a KS2 pupil
- Support learning, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Adapt resources and approaches to meet individual needs
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children in KS2
- Previous 1:1 or SEND support experience (desirable)
- Patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
