The Role

You will be expected to support Secondary aged pupils who are either lower ability, or have additional needs across the mainstream school and SEN Unit. 

Working on a 1:1, small group or clasroom basis

Liaising with teachers, parents/carers and other support staff to provide the best quality assistance possible

Building strong rapports, breaking down barriers to learning and enhancing student personal and academic development

Providing a safe environment, for pupil well-being

Maintaining strong behaviour management
