We are currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools throughout Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Calderdale and Kirklees. Whether you're looking for daily supply, short-term assignments or long-term opportunities, we can help find work that suits your availability and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- A positive, adaptable and proactive approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
