The Role:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one and small group basis.
- Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and learning activities.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a supportive learning environment.
- Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and key skills.
- Supporting children with additional learning needs where required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, coaching, or similar setting.
- Is patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about education.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Holds a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one.
