You will support students one-to-one and in small groups, helping to remove barriers to learning and improve engagement.

The successful applicant will hold:

Previous experience working with young people (ideally in a secondary school aged setting)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A patient, positive and flexible approach

Ability to motivate and encourage students

The right to work in the UK

Support secondary aged students to grow in confidence and succeed in school.
